Each year, some 550 young scientists attend MSSS to present their research to top scientists and industry experts. The student participants can present their work in nine divisions and four age categories for medals, specials awards, scholarships, program enrollments and trips worth over $30,000.
The MSSS committee is currently monitoring the evolving situation as it relates to the COVID-19 virus. Any decision regarding hosting the event will be made based on the latest information available from the Public Health Agency of Canada, Manitoba Health, and the University of Manitoba. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
Registration is open for the 2020 MSSS. The registration deadline is April 19th at 11:59PM.
This year’s MSSS will be held on Thursday, April 23rd through Sunday, April 26th, 2020.
